From September 2021, it is a statutory requirement that all school engage with the Early Career Framework (ECF) to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) throughout the first two years of teaching. Every ECT will be entitled to access funded, high-quality weekly training and development alongside weekly mentoring. Swindon & Wiltshire TSH will be working with national ECF providers to deliver the full Early Career Framework rollout in September 2021.
