At United Learning, not only do we provide teacher training, but we also deliver apprenticeships to upskill school support staff. We understand the importance of investing in these staff to ensure your schools run as effectively as possible. We can save you time and money on their training with a funded apprenticeship. Read below to see how your school or nursery can benefit from our programmes.
Low cost, high impact.
Hiring an apprentice or training existing staff with an apprenticeship is a cost-effective way to develop your workforce whilst also increasing employee retention. Apprenticeship training is free for levy-paying schools who are part of a MAT or Local Authority. For non-levy paying schools, 95% of training costs are subsidised by the government.
Apprenticeships are an invaluable tool for growth and development. That's why we tailor our programmes to each individual apprentice and their setting.
86% of employers said apprenticeships helped them develop skills relevant to their organisation.
74% of employers said apprenticeships helped them improve the quality of their service.
In addition to this, 89% of surveyed apprentices felt better at their job after undertaking their programme.
