School leaders

As a Teaching School Hub, we are partnered with United Teaching SCITT - an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ ITT provision - to deliver teacher training. We offer conventional non-salaried routes in most Secondary subjects and Primary but, uniquely, we also offer salaried or salaried apprenticeships in all of these subjects and phases.

As a school leader, this means you can host experienced trainees as employees with a significant teaching timetable whilst giving them an amazing funded opportunity to train. We believe this can work to support creative recruitment and allow schools to build and grow their talent of the future whilst meeting immediate timetable needs.

We also offer a pre-teacher training programme called Future Teachers, to equip candidates to be ready for salaried training. This is a structured year where they fulfil the busy needs of a cover teacher whilst accessing professional development that perfectly prepares them for training. We offer support, through a recruitment partner, to find candidates for the Future Teachers programme.
